⚖️Your Rights Under RBI Regulations

If a UPI transaction fails after debit, the money must be auto-reversed within 5 business days.

If not reversed within 5 business days, file a complaint — the bank must credit within 1 business day of the complaint.

Rs.100 per day compensation applies if the bank delays reversal beyond the mandated timeline.
